VIBE

Our Varied Intensity Basic Exercise (VIBE) class is designed to develop proper mechanics, functional strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance and stamina using functional exercises at body weight or light weight. These exercises will be combined in various formats and intensities for a challenging and fun workout that accommodates, but also challenges, all ages and ability levels. There will be no heavy lifting or technical barbell exercises in our VIBE classes.
